Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design for sublimation, screen printed, and nylon lanyards. For woven jacquard lanyards, the MOQ is 100 pieces. Custom colors and specialized materials may have higher minimums. We welcome small trial orders.
Standard production takes 7-12 days from artwork approval. Rush orders can be completed in 3-5 days for an additional fee. Sample production takes 3-5 days.
Shipping costs depend on quantity, destination, and shipping method. We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT (3-7 days), or sea freight (15-30 days). We can provide a shipping quote along with your product quote.
Yes, we provide samples for approval before mass production. Stock samples are free (you pay shipping). Custom samples require a small fee, refundable with bulk orders.
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, CDR, and high-resolution PNG/JPG (300 DPI). We also provide free artwork design assistance if you only have a concept or logo.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. For first-time orders, we typically require 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
